Great to use both indoors and outside!

I purchased one of these rechargeable USB lighters by #Dechi for my daughter. I love that it is windproof, can be used outside to light our citronella candles,  or camping stove. Doesn't matter if it is windy as it totally windproof.  I also love that it's rechargeable so I'm not buying butane to refill my lighter. I just charge this with the included USB cord to any power source. It can even work with a car adapter on the road, as well as a power bank, or solar charger. At home can be plugged into a smart plug in the wall, or a laptop or tablet's USB port. At $14.99 it's a great price for this item.
