Disappointed in the back of seat pillows

The backs of the seats are really short!  I mean it is is not comfortable to lean back in these.  The bottom cusion is comfortable and feels like it is memory foam in it but the cusions that go on the back of the seat are horrible!  They feel very cheap and don't hold a shape well.  They collapse and are uncomfortable when you lean back on them.  You have to tip them up on their side for them to work and be somewhat cozy.  The main part of the furniture is nice though and was easy to put together.  It came in on different days and came in 3 boxes.  It is very light weight and easy to move around as you need it.
