Made of mainly plastic, this weather-proof 30-LED spotlight is solar powered so can shine up to 8 hours at night and takes about 8 hours of sunshine to charge. Its solar panel’s dimensions are approximately 13 by 7 by 4 inches, while the light is about 5 by 4 by 3 inches. It comes with a built-in 2000mAh lithium battery, bracket, tube, and screw. Instructions are included.

~ Why ~
I like that no extra batteries or electricity are required for this product as it is solar powered. It shines up to 15 feet of a white light; it has two settings of on or off. The best feature is the 6-foot cable so you can put the light where you want it and the solar panel in direct sunshine. We have it shining on our brick entry sign.

~ Why Not ~
Since I live in the Pacific Northwest, we do not get full sunshine all day long so some may be concerned the product will not fully charge. However, since daylight lasts longer in the summer, there are benefits living here. Others may not like that it is made of plastic so may crack or break over time but it does have some metal parts.

~ Wish ~
It would help if the online page mentioned it is only 150 lumes as stated in the instructions as that is not very bright.

~ Want ~
If you are looking for a light that can shine all night long without using electricity, this one is a good choice.
