I've finally adjusted my 2015 Civic seats so that I have lumbar support, my shoulders aren't curved forward, and my head doesn't get pushed forward by the headrest! Can't believe it took me 3 years to do this, but my seat is finally comfortable. I put a sheepskin cover over both to give them a smoother finish. The lumbar support occasionally rides up a bit, but I just push it back into place
