I like butterflies, so I ordered this three-piece jewelry set from Kirken. It took about 3 weeks from the time I placed my order until it was delivered to my home. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the bracelet was broken. The clasp that holds the two front sides of the bracelet together was broken. I did contact the seller and sent them pictures to let them know about the issue. They quickly responded and sent me a full refund for the amount I paid. They also offered a sincere apology and told me to keep the jewelry. Their customer service is top notch.
The jewelry set is made of an Alloy metal and Crystal Rhinestones. The chain is 10 inches long, the pendant is 1.2 inches long by 0.8 inches high, the earrings are 0.6 inches long by 0.6 inches high, and the bracelet is 2.56 inches in diameter.
