Cute, but more casual

Though it is now summer time and when I picked this up we were still having some strange winter like weather and needed jackets, little missing cannot wear it. But I made sure to buy it big enough that she'd be able to wear it this next year. This is a cute hoodie cape. It has snaps on it that allow it to stay put and not fall off , though they tend to come unsnapped easily with movement. It hangs nicely around her shoulders and gives her plenty of coverage to keep her warm. It is made of fleece so is super warm and snuggly. It is soft and looks good, but I know with a few washings it will begin to pill and ball up so won't look as nice. And any parent of toddlers knows you need multiple washings of anything, whether winter wear or not. So it won't look as nice and cute for too long, especially once she goes outside and plays a little. I thought it might look a little fancier than it did, though, so was a bit disappointed in the overall look of it. But it was definitely a great purchase for me and my little one. I think she will enjoy wearing it next winter when it gets chilly enough. It will be an easy on cape type hoodie for her to wear while playing and is perfect for every day wear.
