I ordered this bluetooth device from Amazon because my previous device was broken. This bluetooth device looked like a quality piece and was available at a great price, so I decided to purchase it.
The black design is very nice and stylish. It fits my ear comfortably, and does not cause any irritation.
The sound quality is great. I was able to clearly hear the person I was speaking with, and they were able to clearly hear me.
There are adjustable controls on the device for volume so you can set it at the volume best suited for you.
