So far this tooth whitening kit is pretty good I think. I haven't used it long enough to really see lasting results. However it does seem like a really good kit the light works awesome. The tray is a little hard to use and I found that it was a little difficult to mold into my actual teeth. I did make it work however so it didn't end up being a problem. Instructions were very clear as well super happy with this purchase.
