My brother brought me a computer to work on and I can't get it to connect to any of the monitors that I have. I have tried everything I can think of to access the pictures I am supposed to be pulling from it, but so far no luck. I picked up this cable thinking maybe it might help. It has a DVI connector on one end and a VGA adapter on the other. That way I can connect my laptop or any other computer that has the DVI connection with one end and plug the VGA end in to my projector or monitor. The cable itself is great, but it didn't work for my brother's computer.
