This is a kit consisting of 2 50 foot rolls of Sous Vide vacuum sealer bag material. One of the rolls is 8 inches and the other 11 inches wide. By packaging your food in vacuum bags before freezing, they last much longer because oxygen is sealed out. The material is cut-to-size and your vacuum sealer seals the material into a freezer bag. You can cook the contents by dropping sealed into boiling water (Sous Vide) or vent and cook in microwave.
