Perfect for my work , I stand 8 hours a day wearing those 3 inch high heals ,
These are fairly larges sized pads that you peel off and stick inside the back of your shoes to prevent heel chafing. I found they worked very well in a pair of work for my sandals . The pads adhere well to the shoes and you can't tell they are there at all. This really beats using a piece of paper or tissues like I have in the past.
