I purchased this neck/shoulder wrap for my Aunt who has pretty severe arthritis in her neck. Even though it was a little tedious to reuse it, it did stay warm enough for my Aunt to be temporarily relieved of pain. Once you activate the wrap by pushing a button, the liquid inside crystallizes and heats up, place the wrap on your neck or whatever part of your body you need it. To use it again, you need to put 10/12 8 ounce cups of water in a non-stick pot. Let the water boil, put the harden pack in the water for about 5 to 10 minutes. Let the gel pack cool to about room temperature before you use it. If you need to use it as a cold pack, all you do is put it in the refrigerator, not the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours. I do recommend this neck/shoulder wrap from LotFancy. It seems to do the trick for my Aunt and hopefully it will work for you as well.
