I normally don't use weight loss supplements, but I've been struggling to lose a single pound since having my second son almost a year and a half ago.
It was difficult to read the ingredients in these pills on Amazon, as the writing is very small. I found out I can't actually use the green bottle, as it contains garcinia cambogia. GC is supposed to have great weight loss results, but is contraindicated in people who use SSRIs for anxiety and/or depression. I take Zoloft, so it's a no for me. My husband can try that one.
The blue bottle doesn't contain GC, so that's what I'll be trying.
With a dosage of 2 pills a day, these are easier to take than other similar pills I've seen on the market. They do contain green coffee, so I'll be taking them before 3pm just in case I get a caffeine buzz.
As I have just received these, I can't yet comment on the efficacy, but I will revisit this post in a few weeks.
