It's a silky soft tube to wrap your damp hair in to sleep and wake up with bouncy waves. It's comfortable to sleep in and as long as your hair is dry when you take it out, the waves stay, although I did use a light setting cream for better hold. It looks a little silly but works for easy bouncy waves.
