This Stainless steel cheese slicer is so easy to use and super safe.  It also doubles as a cake or pizza spatula and comes with a cheese knife that can also be used for cutting butter or other items in the kitchen.  The cheese slicer is easy to hold onto and even easier to use, doesn't take much pressure and it cuts a perfect slice every time.  We were really impressed with this set and are happy that we got it.  It is really easy for the kids to use as well.
