Doesnt fit if you have a case on your phone

I feel like these were not completely thought out or tested. The idea is wonderful and I was so excited to get this. The issue is that is does not fit if you have a case on your phone at all. We tried it on my fiances phone as he has an otterbox which is really thick and it definitely did not work. I have a much thinner case on my phone and it still did not fit. For the purposes of testing it out I took my case off and it works great and I love that I can charge my phone while also connecting the phone to my car and listening to music. However, there is no way I am taking my case off everytime I want to use this. That is ridiculous and most people have cases on their phones. These phones are way too expensive not to so the company really needs to rethink that. My charger fits with the case on so things like this should as well. It can definitely use some improvement.
