I cannot say enough out this dress! It is beautiful and soft! The material is grey blue velvet with good stretch and the detail work is perfect for an Elsa look if that is what you are going for. I wish I had gotten this for halloween! My daughter would have rocked it as a costume! But that is ok, now she can run around as the ice queen! And seriously..the price! This dress is definitely a steal for this price. Ok....So now make me one!
