I love this thing!!!! I put regular water in it and freeze. Sometimes I forget about it and it's hard to open, but just run it over some water and it will pop back off to lift the top.
i do put a towel around my neck to catch the water. I love it. It doesn't last too long but it does feel super nice on my face after a long shower. I rub it all over my face and neck.
