After reading so much about Sous Vide cooking, I wanted to try it. Not wanted to buy a pricy machine to find out if I was going to like it I found this great machine. This unit is easy to use, very effecients. I am very happy with the quality of workmanship. The unit held up to my husbands use, and he has fallen in love with Sous Vide cooking. Everything from meats, to eggs to desserts, set and walk away, come back and its ready for the next step. Meat is super tender, even cheap cuts of beef. Enjoy
