Directions are very easy to read and follow, even if you have never lifted your own lashes. If you are going to do your own without any help though I recommend only doing one eye at a time so that you can see what you are doing. This kit comes with absolutely everything you need to do your's or your friends or family's lashes at home. Multiple uses out of the same kit. I recommend this to my friends and family.
