Gel Mask

Awesome is the best way i can describe this Exwell Sleeping Mask. I suffer from headaches quiet often and a lot of times they seem to be tension headaches and hurt behind my eyes so i found this mask to be so helpful for those very painful times.

You wouldn't think that something so simple would provide such great relief but it does, the gel inside is cool which seems to help with the pain in my case. I have always laid on a heating pad for as many years as i can remember so when i was told to try a gel sleep mask i really wasn't expecting it to work but it really does and i am so thankful for it now.

Not only is this mask good for headaches but it also reduces puffy eyes from sleepless nights and fatique, dry and itcy eyes and many other issue that may pertain to your eye area and issues. This also helps block out the brightness when you are tring to rest.

You can use this mask hot or cold, it can be put in the microwave to be heated up or down in warm water if you want something warm on your eyes or you can put it in the freezer or fridge if you want to use it as a cold pack on your eyes.

It has a nice strong velcro strip so you can have the perfect fit and also is made out of smooth material that is easy to wipe off with a damp rag after each use. This is really a nice eye mask.
