I am a 3rd shift worker and sleep mask are a necessity for me. This set is above and beyond the call of duty with ear plugs and a very soft and silky sleep mask. This mask makes my world virtually light free so I can sleep and my body gets the melatonin it needs. Overall I am very pleased with this set. Would I recommend this product to other people? Yes I would including friends and family. I absolutely think this is great product. All opinions are my own and they are not influenced by anyone but myself.
