I bought it coz im tired carrying my bag in my lap coz i dont want it to get dirty by putiing my bag on the floor mat because out floor mats constanty get dirty from sand  and mud etc. I dont want my bag to put in the back seat where i cant reach it. Not that i have this i can hang my bag at the back of myseat where i can easily have access to it to get stuff i need .
