Being stuck at home and barely moving, this stand up desk forces me to get up in between and comfortable doing so. Previously, I only had a flat elevated stand but having the keyboard tiered from the monitor stand is so comfortable and far more ergonomic. The gas spring is so easy to use and doesn't require any upper arm strength to elevate the desk. Have an iMac and a second monitor is not easy. I love it and for the price that cannot be beat!
