This sifter by #HYCBTC is very easy to use as well as clean I love to bake but sifting hurts my arthritic hands, not allowing me to sift various things such as flours or powdered sugar. That is no longer the case! I just put 2 batteries in the easy access panel located on the handle and press a button also located on the handle (just above the battery panel). I now can sift whatever I need to sift independently. when done I just remove the batteries to save them and wash in hot soapy water rinse and done. Makes a wonderful housewarming gift or an any occassion gift for anyone who like to bake. Tgis also has a nice stainless steel sieve and a bonus surprise inside the box. A pasta cutter. At $20.79 it is very reasonably priced.
