I have erb's palsy in my right arm and I don't have much strength in my right hand or arm. So I decided to buy a dumbell from a local store and since I can't straiten out my right arm enough to lift the dumbbell I decided to buy some hand weights that didn't work out to well ether. So I purchased this pack of hand strengthening pieces. So far I love the egg more then all the other pieces I can squeeze it as much as I want and even get some movement into my bicep by squeezing it hard enough. I'm totally loving this set. The full hand piece where you even need to use you little finger is to hard for me with left hand or right hand.
But so far I have tried ecah piece and it works like this:
Egg ( Stress Relief Grip Ball) love it.
Circle ( Hand Strengthener Grip Ring) like it.
Hand squeezer (Adjustable Hand Grip Strengthener ) Okay!
Finger rings ( Finger stretcher Resistance Band) hhhhhmmmmm okay I guess.
Full finger hand thingy ( Finger Exerciser) to hard for little finger. But worth training for. not with but for. LOL
All in all a great set.
