Okay so, I bought this little gadget as I am getting into my green thumb. I am starting to plant things and really want to start my own garden. I figure first I will start with flowers around the porch to hide the nakedness of it facing the street. So I have bought some flowers that are due to grow 6 feet and this gadget to ensure they make maturity. I have tested the thing and the meter words great. It automatically picks up the moisture in the soil. It also reads the PH levels in the soil and is very easy to read. It is amazing that it requires no batteries to work and seems to be very accurate. The needle does not hesitate to move on the meter. I do believe this along with a few other things is going to very resourcesful to my success of my green thumb. I would definitely recommend buying this item if you plan on working in your yard to blossom something beautiful!
