Fantastic for relaxing naturally before sleep. Material is is so soft and light you hardly notice it’s there at all and yet blocks out the light effectively.  The Velcro fastening at the back ensures a perfect fit. The sound level of the headphones is set at a good level for drifting off to sleep, you can hear it comfortably without it being so loud it would keep you awake.  The charging lead tucks into a zipped pocket when not in use so it isn’t dangling and causing irritation. It comes with a lovely velvet storage bag which I am using to keep the charging lead and instruction leaflet safe.
