I was extremely disappointed after receiving a product that had clearly been a return. It was packed so well & then when I took it out of the bubble wrap I notice that inside the dispenser area it has water drops all around it. The instructions clearly say do NOT put water in that area. The fact it was packaged well tells me that they didn't care at all.
