I am going through a stressful life and also raising a hyper-active child who struggles to fall asleep in the evening after a busy day. I used to put a music fom youtube on my phone but then came across this. I would have though noise machines would be much more expensive. Anyway- I am so pleased I bought it, I wish I could find this earlier. It makes me and child more relaxed and helps us not just to fall asleep but also stay asleep during the night. Superb item!
