Nice set, it comes with 2 cards of patches that are small and medium, a tweezers and a zit popper tool with hoops. Everything you need is in this pkg.
Apply the patch over the zit you want gone, personally I put mine on before bed and took off in the morning, worked well for me after a few tries.
