This is a very durable leash. It comes in its own pouch and has a reflective quality for safety. It attaches to your waist and you can jog hands free or if you want more control of your dog you can put the 2 handles that are located on the actual leash in your hands and you have more control of the dog. The leash is detachable from the belt and can be used just like a handheld leash. This is an ingenious idea! I really like it and think it is a great item at a great price!
