This AILNJUC food vacuum sealer machine took a little bit to get used to. The instructions are not very clear and the diagram could use more detail. In the end, I was able to figure it out and get the product to function. The vacuum preset for wet products did not get as flat as I would like for my ribeye steaks, but I am hopeful that enough air was removed so that the product does not become freezer burned before I am ready to cook them. The automatic seal function after reaching the preset pressure works well. It also took a few tries with the roll of bags to get just enough for the product and have room for the seal without wasting too much product.
