These make wearing a mask much easier on me as they tend to hurt my ears otherwise.  With this product, my hair stays out of the way and the mask gets worn.  I can even make it so I can breathe easily with the mask on which is another plus!  Everyone at work compliments me on the style of these and I love the different designs.
