Great cheesecloth! Used it strain some homemade maple syrup and it was very good at keeping things out of the syrup that I didn't want to go through into the final product.
It's washable and re-usable. I use it all the time when straining regular yogurt into thick Greek-style yogurt.
Very fine mesh and NO excess lint! Great product!
