These are perfect, not irregular at all. They seem too good to clean in a bathroom or kitchen. I have used one to clean my glasses, and it worked very well! No smudging. I think they would make a good burp cloth for a baby, they are that soft. If I knew how to sew I would sew them together and make a baby blanket out of them . I could see polishing your car with them, you wouldn't have to worry about them scratching the finish. I love them
