Did not work

I was not able to get this software to work on my laptop nor my computer. I tried everything I could think of to make them work, but had absolutely no luck. I am the person all of my friends and family come to for computer help and advice, so it is not because I lack computer skills. I simply could not get it to work. I even had my ex, who is a computer specialist, try it. He had no luck. Because of that, I have no pictures I can show of how it looks. It simply would not install and failed every time.
