I purchased this hand grip set by #Sandao for my rehabilitation from my rotator cuff surgery as a way to help strengthen my right hand. I like that it has 3 different strengths so as it becomes easier to maneuver my hand I can get even more strength and build the strength up in my hand hopefully to what it used to be, or at least come close to it.
It's made of a great quality silicone and I truly love how it's shaped making it easy for me to grasp compared to other types of strengthening shapes such as spheres and balls.
