It's not poor, but it's not great. I would say this is average to most of the other fidget spinners out on the market. Even the retail price of this is about the same of most others I have seen. When I first opened it I found out one of the black rings on an arm bearing popped off, but it was easy enough it put back on and had no bearing on the use of this product. The seller was very quick with questions I had.
