I have a very high overhead front porch light which I am unable to reach to change the bulb out, as well as several other light fixtures that require me to get a step ladder in order to change out their bulbs. It is made to screw onto any long handle that you might have such as a broom handle or any other long utility tool type handle and it makes changing out those overhead hard to reach light bulbs a breeze.
