Received the item as advertised and in a well-packaged, small plastic pouch. It came with a manual and the dongle itself. I immediately plugged it in on my laptop's free usb port and was surprised that nothing happened. I tried re-inserting it on other usb ports and still nothing happened. No notification whatsoever from Windows 10. Then I moved my cursor to the lower right side of the screen where the shortcuts are and sure enough, the Bluetooth logo was already there. I clicked the Bluetooth logo and just picked "add a Bluetooth device" and looked for my Bluetooth headphone and it paired right away. Signal has been good and everything (audio) seems in-sync with all video played via VLC and on YouTube. Hope this thing is durable. I will update it if there's any problem encountered. But so far, I am satisfied that it functions well.
