I purchased this item one for my husband  and one for my dad. As soon as I  received  it i put new batteries in them to check  it out. One worked and the other didn't. I then contacted  the seller  and because  they don't  have just one flashlight  said for me to contact Amazon. So i did that and Amazon  only offered a refund for the item.
