Love It!!!

I am so very happy to be able to review this. I have heard nothing but great things about this.  I heard that weighted blankets are great for people on the spectrum,  deal with anxiety  or suffer from insomnia.  Well I have people in my house that deal with all of those!!

This is a 15 pound blanket. Which seems like a lot. I sat with it just on my legs.  It really did calm me  Mainly since I wasnt able to fidget.  

I have two sons on the spectrum. Both have issues sleeping.  My oldest did take awhile to get used to it. Now he sleeps a long time.  My other son doesn't toss and turn.  He does sleep later too.
