Once again I have had another Amazon screw up. Only a part of my order was in the package. While I will admit that Amazon is good about issuing a credit for the missing items, they don't really seem overly concerned about them or about investigating the issues at the warehouse. I would much rather they replace the items than issue the credit.
In situations like this, I am unable to reorder the item for the same price. This is unfair to the sellers and myself since I can't review what I don't receive. Amazon doesn't seem worried about if the items are received or not and don't seem interested in further investigations based on my claims and issues. Perhaps the sellers need to also work on getting Amazon to find and fix the problems.
