Our Goldendoodle is not one that likes to walk on a leash. He wants to go his way and now!
This harness fit him well and didn't rub on his shoulders which has been an issue with other harness stepups. He didn't fight to get it off and seemed to almost not notice it was there until we went outside to try a walk with it on.
I think he liked not having something around his neck and thought he would be able to pull me along...but no, the harness worked like a charm. And when he didn't want to behave, I simply grabbed the handle on the top of the harness and made him walk right beside me. That was a nice feature of the harness for me.
We have 2 other Goldendoodles and plan to purchase additional harness units for them.
