NOT FOR CATS!

I was very disappointed with this. I thought it was for cats, since it says cat, in the heading. These are not safe for animals. They are however okay for kids. They seem like decorations for elementary school children. They are cute, and you get a bunch for a good price, so if your looking for something cheap to maybe offer as a party favor, these would be good. I highly recommend this for kids and not for animals of any kind.
