I was so excited to get these for my minivan. When they arrived and I tried to install them, I found that they only came with a shoelace (basically) to go on the bottom to secure it in place. This was very uneffective. I couldn't find a place to tie it off under my seat and even when I did the bottom cinched up. Disappointed.
