Cool, but can't get remote to work

I got it, plugged it in, and it lit up.  There is a tiny touch sensitive metalic "nub" near the charging port when touched will cycle the color to another, or put it on "slow fade to colors" This is cool, and it is moulded pretty nicely.  The included remote does not work at all.  I even tried replacing the battery on it and tried again, but no joy. #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #Varonica
