This is a super cute hat. Is my favorite color which is blue. The lights that light up on the hat read on 7th February they have a fast blinking, slow blinking, and then just a standstill. Very easy to use is the little button towards the back middle of a hat that you just press and the lights come on. For the price it's a good app I mean honestly I'm not surprised that's not a little bit more. I would recommend it as a purchase.
