i got this for myself for my kids 1st and last day of school. The boards are very sturdy. They can get broken easily if not handled with care. They came wrapped in bubble wrap and protector on the edges. Upon opening this and taking the protective edge pieces the edges were a little ruined. The black chalk part is missing a little bit and the board material is exposed. Other than that they are great. They would make a great gift for any teacher. I will be buying more to give to my kids teachers for a Christmas gift but these are mine.
